The doctor will perform a pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy also aska few questions aboiut your medical history.

You shall then decide what abortion procedure you need to undergo.
Should you consider a medical abortion,you will be requested to swallow one pill that is meant to block the female hormone progesterone. Progesterone is responsible for supporting the pregnancy, without it the uterine lining begins to shed, hence softening the cervix.
